I have lost 80 pounds and counting after switching to a whole foods plant based diet centered around starches, vegetables, beans, legumes, grains and fruits. I try to consume these foods in their natural state or as close to it as possible. Expect to find content about healthy recipes, motivation, self love, weight loss, and many other health topics along the way. I also love gardening and yoga.
