Bottoms Down, Chair Yoga for Everyone, makes it easy for anyone to practice chair yoga. Playlists make it simple to find a class that fits you. Join a challenge. Choose classes by theme (i.e. weight loss), body area (i.e. back), length (i.e. 30 minutes) or position (i.e. seated). We take our time in the slow and short series. Take a quick break with Donki Briefs. Low impact aerobic adds cardio work. Why is Chair Yoga for Everyone? Maybe you have an injury, maybe you don’t get on the floor as easily as you used to, maybe you’re an office worker wanting a break. We move through the same poses as mat yoga. We just don’t get on the floor. Lengthen and strengthen muscles with an ease you never expected. With the added support of the chair, you’ll build confidence and strength quickly.
