Consumer Reports
Howto & Style
Consumer Reports does not accept advertising of any kind, and earns money primarily through subscriptions and donations. Companies cannot pay for inclusion or placement in our ratings and we accept no free test samples, purchasing the products we rate anonymously at retail. As the world’s largest independent consumer-testing organization, we test 3,500+ products every year from appliances, tech, cars, food, and financial products. With more than 50 testing labs, a 327-acre auto test facility, and more than 140 highly trained researchers and technicians, nobody tests the products you buy like Consumer Reports.
