This channel is where I like to discuss my thoughts on high intensity, evidence-based resistance exercise, and its role in disease prevention/treatment as well as the extension of lifespan. There is an emphasis on the scientific literature as it pertains to these topics. However, my 40 years experience has shown that empirical evidence often precedes science by decades, so I will also discuss things that I strongly believe but cannot yet prove. I hope that these videos can serve as a platform for others to share their thoughts and knowledge.
