Hey there, my name is Eric Roberts and I am the owner, head coach, and lead author here on Eric Roberts Fitness. My life has been dedicated to being a fitness coach who approaches fitness with a No BS philosophy. I have worked with hundreds of people just like you, in person and online, to help achieve a stronger, leaner, and more functional body. While I believe in certain fitness guidelines, appreciating the individuality of every person is paramount. While some people are searching for a total body transformation, others are looking to ensure they get guidance in their workout everyday. As a fitness coach, I not only provide training services and nutritional guidance, but I will change the way you think and help you learn the skill of being “healthy”. There is a lot of “fitness information” out there flooding the internet. One of my sole purposes of this site is to give people a reliable, non promotive, No BS source you can count on.
