Hi! Welcome to my official youtube channel. I am excited to share my ideas about nutrition, exercise, and anything in between! I am most commonly known for following the carnivore diet as my diet fits under those guidelines, although I view my diet as a focus on nutrient dense animal foods. I have applied both logic and science to create the highest vitamin diet with the least amount of inflammation, only consuming foods that our ancestors would have; whether its from a practical availability amount or not consuming an apple that has been modified to be 5x its original size.
