I am a specialist in mental training for sports. I first fell in love with the mental performance field when I started searching for ways to become a better football player. After finding out my true passion, in 2017, I started sharing my knowledge and dedicating my life to teaching athletes how to be more confident, disciplined, focused, and motivated to unleash their full potential on and off the field. Up to this day I have helped more than 2 thousand athletes with my book, courses, workshops, and 1-1 coaching. Some of those athletes went on to play in the World Cup, sign contracts with some of the best clubs in the world and much more. I am also behind the most followed Instagram page that teaches sports mindset and neuroscience, Athlete Mentality (@_athletementality), with more than 135k athletes. My goal is to help you achieve your full potential, and I will show scientific tools to help you get there.
