Hi! I am Melissa! Welcome to Gentle Yoga and Wellness! I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I post new gentle yoga videos each week. My classes are especially designed for beginners and active older adults. I show different levels of modification to make my yoga classes very accessible. In each class, I focus on flexibility, balance, and strength. I bring a foundation of positivity and kindness to all of my teaching.
