I created this channel to be a record of what I've learned on my quest to turn back the clock on aging...what I've decided to do about it, what plans I've made based on what I learned, how I have gone about implementing those plans, and the results that I have achieved. On this channel, I cover topics such as optimizing hormone levels, losing weight, what constitutes good nutrition, how to exercise to boost hormones, lose weight, build new muscle and improve mobility. I also go into mental cognition and nootropics, skin care, joint health, erectile dysfunction, motivation, and anti-aging.
