Ingredients: + 2 LBs beef ( I used chuck roast) + 2 Tbsp 7 spices + 1 Tsp paprika + 1/2 Tsp black pepper + 1/2 Tsp ground ginger + 1 Tsp ground cardamom + 1/2 Tsp ground mastic + 1/3 Tsp baking soda + salt to taste + 1/3 cup olive oil + 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar For Tahini: + 1 cup or tahini paste + 5 Tbsp lemon juice + 1 1/4 cup water + 2 cloves garlic (optional) Toppings: + 1 large onion julienned + 1/2 bundle fresh mint (finely chopped) + 1/2 bundle fresh parsley (finely chopped)
