This channel was birthed from a desire to support individual freedom, empowerment and contentment. A desire that was triggered in my heart when my third child was born. Twenty years later he, my third child, received guidance whilst meditating and approached me with the idea of providing meditations online. He was unaware that it had been something I had been wanting to do. What a fabulous example of the power of meditation. Oh, and trusting in divine timing. My meditation journey began in 2004, when I followed an inner prompting to attend a weekly meditation class. In the still and silent space I was able to become aware of my incessant, purposeless thinking, and calm that monkey mind of mine. In 2013, I became an Art of Feminine Presence™ certified teacher. This was the beginning of my journey as a facilitator for women’s circles, which focused on meditation and embodying feminine energy.
