Welcome to yoga for anybody & every body! I aim to show people how to do yoga safely & get the most out of the poses. Are you struggling with pain, anxiety, tight hamstrings or other issues? If so, you have come to the right place. I have been teaching people like you for years & have made therapeutic videos to help. I also have stronger dynamic 'flows'..either to move towards or if you are ready for a stronger mindful class. I aim to help you feel the best you can feel in your body, rather than to help you achieve flamboyant poses to post on Instagram. I believe that the breath is key..if we breathe incorrectly we become tense, stressed, anxious...tight & inflexible, which leads to pain. It's a vicious cycle. Most people breathe incorrectly leading to a multitude of problems in the long term. I would love you to learn how to take what you learn on the mat into your everyday life. Listen to your body, do what feels right, know when to stop. But most importantly..breathe!
