Break the weight regain cycle ππ½ How many fat loss failures have you had? Maybe you hit the goal but regained it. Not surprising.. Most who succeed regain the lost weight. We stack difficult training & diet habits, hoping they stick. Does it ever work? I lost 15 years to this cycle, yoyo-ing the same 30-50lbs. It sucks. Sinking deeper into confidence debt. REAL TALK: As long as the "grind" feels like a grind, then subconsciously, you'll never change. Forcing yourself to do things you hate yields no lasting results.
