Hi, I'm Olivier, welcome! On my channel, you will find videos to learn meditation and practice mindfulness in your daily life. When I was a student, I used to have many panic attacks to the point I couldn't breathe. Back then, I didn't know about about meditation and I had to go through many difficult moments. In my early thirties I also experience depression. Since learning about mindfulness and meditation and seeing the transformative effect of those practices in my life, I have been dwelling into those practices, attending retreats and teacher trainings. Because I knew I wasn't the only one suffering from stress and anxiety, I started teaching mindfulness based emotional intelligence to my coworkers. Now, I want to share my experiences and what has helped me with the world. I am so grateful to my teachers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Tara Brach and many others. Thanks for stopping by!
