Through better understanding of how our bodies and minds work together, we can gain more strength both physically and mentally. With greater awareness and mindfulness, learn to regulate your needs and well-being. I have been teaching Pilates and Yoga for 20 years. Movement has been part of my life since early childhood. I trained to become a professional ballet and contemporary dancer before discovering my love and passion for practicing and teaching Pilates and Yoga. I also love running, cycling and horse riding. I would love you to join me on this journey and share the wonderful benefits that our Pilates and Yoga practices have to offer.
