Welcome to PMA Fitness. This YouTube channel gives you the chance to train with me, Faisal Abdalla, wherever you are in the world. My aim is to provide you with a variety of HIIT and strength workouts that will get you moving and approaching your training with a positive mental attitude. My quick and easy to follow workouts tackle different muscle groups using a HIIT formula. The beauty of these videos is they suit all abilities. You work to the clock and perform as many reps as you can within that time, which allows you to work to your own ability.
