Six Miles to Supper is about how to lose weight sustainably and keep it off for good. I used intermittent fasting and walking 6 miles a day to lose 80 pounds. I share my journey, including tips and tricks I've found along the way, to help others reach their goal weight. My timeline: Childhood - Adulthood - Always struggled with my weight, tried every diet, and took diet pills Adulthood - Weight fluctuated. I had three kids (each pregnancy I gained 50-60 lbs) and tried to lose the baby weight. 2015 (age 30) - Weighed after years of avoiding it: 222 lbs (5'6"). Starting going to gym every day, lifting heavy and doing HIIT. Eating was all over the place. Lost 15 pounds. 2016 (age 31) - Started walking 6 miles a day consistently. Intermittent fasting 6 days a week eating whatever I wanted at my meals. Took Sundays off. Lost 50 pounds. 2017-Maintained weight between 157-163. 2018-Lost 15 more pounds. OMAD 6 days/week, Walking 6 miles 6 days/week. Since 2018 - Maintaining in 140s.
