Starting going to gym every day, lifting heavy and doing HIIT. Eating was all over the place. Lost 15 pounds. 2016 (age 31) - Started walking 6 miles a day consistently. Intermittent fasting 6 days a week eating whatever I wanted at my meals. Took Sundays off. Lost 50 pounds. 2017-Maintained weight between 157-163. 2018-Lost 15 more pounds. OMAD 6 days/week, Walking 6 miles 6 days/week. Since 2018 - Maintaining in 140s.
