Tropical Ocean Cleanup

Nonprofits & Activism

Welcome to Tropical Ocean Cleanup where our mission is to stop plastics and trash from entering the Oceans. We cannot afford to make our version of Mr Trash Wheel Conveyor Belt but my research showed that river trash Booms are really what save the Oceans. Commercial ones are expensive so I designed a river trash KABOOM using used tires and bottles and have been improving on the design. I feel these new tire Kabooms are as strong and long lasting as any of the more expensive commercial made ones, may even last longer. The best part is any third world country can afford to build these. I am an American entrepreneur who Retired to the Philippines in 2006 and found my little paradise on the island of Camiguin. Hope to spread the seed of my invention along with education with the simple single stream recycling system to other islands here on my bike tours.
