If you translate your videos there, YouTube may recognize your existing audience and might boost the new content in the algorithm. Plus, you won’t have to worry about managing multiple accounts.

I believe that reusing content in another language can be done safely if you add a new voiceover. When I worked on an American channel, I recorded Dutch voiceovers for the same content, and it was well-received. This way, it seems more like original content rather than a direct reuse.
