What were your experiences and statistics in the first month of YouTube?

I started my channel just 8 days ago with 2 videos. Right now, I'm at 32 subscribers and have garnered 8.2 watch hours. My first video has 113 views, while the second is lagging behind with around 30. I know I need to be patient and consistent with my uploads to see growth like others have experienced.

I launched my channel on April 2nd and have uploaded 11 long form videos. My stats are really impressive: 18k views, 1.5k watch hours, and 1.1k subscribers! I think my success is partly due to the large population in Indonesia and a lack of competitors in my niche. I study the successful channels in my niche to understand what works and how I can improve.

I began my YouTube journey 14 weeks ago, starting from scratch with no subscribers. In my first 11 weeks, I reached 100 subscribers, and now, after 14 weeks, I'm at 200. It's been an incredible experience with exponential growth. My best video hit 5k views, and I gain about 3-4 subs each day now. It’s all about consistency and finding the right niche!

I started around the same time as you, focusing on travel and events content. My stats show 5,000 views and 305.9 watch hours with 72 subscribers. One challenge I face is getting viewers to hit that subscribe button. My watch hours are looking good, and I have a video that consistently draws views, so I’m optimistic about the growth ahead!
